Committees driving LGBTQ+ equality
OPEN Finance was formed in 2006 and has seen exponential growth in engagement and membership ever since. Initially formed as a networking group for LGBTQ+ finance professionals, the scale, reach, and impact of OPEN Finance has evolved year over year and has delivered tangible and measurable change. With 38 member firms and more than 5,000 professionals reached, OPEN Finance has been able to drive serious change in the industry through 7 committees led by 16 corporate leaders.

Increased signatories to the UN Standards of Conduct for LGBTQ+ inclusion from 2 to almost 20 following the inaugural Forum in 2017

OPEN FINANCE FORUM
The Forum is the only one-day, action-packed conference that focuses exclusively on the impact the financial services industry can have in creating inclusive workplaces and communities for LGBTQ+ and allies globally. OPEN Finance is able to differentiate itself from other organizations by using regular meetings and ongoing roundtables to follow-up on action items developed at the Forum through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive networking sessions.
